Manage student papers

All student papers for Bachelor and Master’s degrees and for professional qualifications must be registered in the database LUP Student Papers. The database includes a registration tool and a search tool.

The student registers their work in LUP Student Papers, and when approved by the course coordinator the final version is sent for review, after which it is made public. At the departments of the Faculty of Science the registration, reviewing, and publication are done by different people.

Once made public in LUP Student Papers, theses are visible in the national database Uppsök (Swedish only), which is part of LIBRIS.

Staff roles

In LUP Student Papers, the ‘teacher’ checks the student has uploaded the correct version before sending it to the ‘reviewer’, who reviews it before making it public. There is a set procedure for registration in LUP Student Papers.

Combat cheating and plagiarism
